Tropical Cyclone Strong Wind Signal No. 2 indicates that strong winds due to tropical cyclones are likely to occur in Hong Kong in the next 3 hours or less. The public should refrain from non-essential activities at sea, bring an umbrella when going out, and follow news from this website and the observatory.
